Scott and I had a fun weekend in San Francisco. Scott had a paper accepted at the Endocrinology conference, so I took the opportunity to come along with him. We did a lot in three days. On Saturday we walked through Chinatown, North Beach/Little Italy, climbed Coit Tower, walked up the curvy Lombard street, went to Ghiradelli Square, and walked to the Financial District for dinner at Tadich Grill. On Sunday, Scott had to spend some time standing by his poster, so I walked to the Ferry Market Building and then walked through Russian Hill with my friend Kara who was visiting SF too. We had a great, large lunch of dim sum at Yank Sing. Later in the day, we met Scott's old friends Vijay and Divya for dinner at a great Indian restaurant in Berkeley. It was so much fun to go over the Bay Bridge. On Monday, we spent some time at Golden Gate Park before I had to head back to Minnesota. Scott came back from SF on Wednesday night.
Only a few short days until we jet off again to Disneyworld for 8 days!
